Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications (each referred to as the "Application" or "App") published by the developer account holder ("the Developer," "we," "us," or "our") on the Google Play Store.

Your privacy is paramount. This policy explains what data our Apps interact with, how device permissions are utilized, how third-party services operate, and your legal rights regarding data protection.

1. Core Architecture: Local-First & Data Minimization

Our applications operate primarily on a "Local-First" architecture designed to prioritize user privacy:

  • Zero Personal Media or User Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, store, or host your personal files, media (photos, videos, audio), call logs, SMS messages, or calendar entries on any external proprietary servers.

  • On-Device Local Processing: All file browsing, media management, cleanup routines, text operations, scheduled reminders, and calculation algorithms execute entirely within your local device sandbox.

2. Third-Party SDKs and Pseudonymous Data

To ensure application stability, monitor performance, and provide free tools supported by advertising, our Apps may integrate certified third-party software development kits (SDKs). These providers may collect technical, pseudonymous, or non-personally identifiable information:

Service / ProviderPurposeTypical Data Collected
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)Diagnostic reporting, performance analysis, dynamic feature configurationCrash traces, device model, operating system version, session duration, general interaction events
Google AdMob & Google AdsAd delivery, impression reporting, fraud preventionAndroid Advertising ID (GAID), coarse location / IP, ad interaction metrics
Ad Mediation Platforms (e.g., AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, ironSource, Pangle)Auction management, mediation optimization, ad inventory loadingDevice metadata, ad request indicators, network connection type
Push Notification Providers (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal)Delivering user-scheduled alerts, system notices, feature remindersPseudonymous push tokens, device language, system timezone
Third-party partners process data under their independent privacy policies in compliance with global standards.

3. Comprehensive Permissions Framework

Depending on the specific functionality of the installed Application, the App may request one or more of the following runtime or manifest permissions. Permissions are only requested when strictly necessary to fulfill corresponding user-facing features:

Storage & Media Access

  • Read Media (Images, Videos, Audio): Enables scanning, displaying, organizing, or viewing local media files on Android 13+. Media is never uploaded or shared externally.

  • All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Utilized exclusively by specialized tools (such as file managers, file recovery utilities, or deep storage cleaners) requiring broad storage traversal to identify junk files, organize directories, or restore lost assets.

  • Set Wallpaper: Allows setting an image as the device wallpaper directly from the user interface.

Communication, Phone & Call Logs

  • Phone Call Access (CALL_PHONE, READ_PHONE_STATE): Detects incoming/outgoing call states to manage utility overlays (e.g., after-call summaries) and allows one-tap outbound calling initiated by the user.

  • Call Log Access (READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG): Used exclusively in dialer/caller utility applications to display recent call history and allow users to delete or organize entries locally.

  • Foreground Service for Calls (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL): Ensures calling or in-call assistance features remain uninterrupted during active phone calls while maintaining a visible system notification.

SMS & Messaging

  • Inbox & Reception (READ_SMS, RECEIVE_SMS, RECEIVE_MMS, RECEIVE_WAP_PUSH): Allows SMS companion tools to display messages in a local inbox, identify spam patterns, or organize conversations into secure local folders.

  • Sending Messages (SEND_SMS): Enables direct composing and delivery of SMS texts or user-scheduled automated messages directly via your carrier.

Background Operations & System Utilities

  • Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Delivers critical file operation alerts, calendar alarms, or user-configured reminders.

  • Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, USE_EXACT_ALARM, SET_ALARM): Guarantees timely delivery for calendar schedules, task alerts, or alarm clocks down to the exact second.

  • Wake Lock & Vibrate (WAKE_LOCK, VIBRATE): Enables the screen to wake up and the device to vibrate during critical user-set alerts or alarms.

  • System Overlay (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Allows utility dialogs or post-call summaries to appear smoothly over other screens when triggered.

  • Boot Completion (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Reschedules user-configured alarms and restores background monitors when the device reboots.

  • Battery Optimization Exemption (REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS): Prevents aggressive device battery managers from silently killing vital scheduled alarms or file operations.

  • Package Query (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Used strictly by maintenance, app manager, or cleaner tools to identify remnants left behind by uninstalled applications or manage installed packages.

  • Foreground Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE): Maintains active, user-visible persistent tasks (such as large file operations, deep system cleanup, or continuous media playback) through a persistent notification bar item.

  • Network & Internet State (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to verify network availability, fetch remote configurations, transmit crash logs, and load advertisements.

4. Financial Transactions & In-App Purchases

All financial transactions, subscriptions, and digital product purchases are managed exclusively through Google Play Billing.

  • We do not collect, handle, or store payment card numbers, banking records, or billing addresses.

  • Google provides us solely with an anonymized transaction identifier / purchase token to validate licensing and premium entitlement.

5. User Rights & Data Control (GDPR / CCPA / Global Frameworks)

Regardless of your geographic location, you retain complete authority over your device data:

  • Advertising Opt-Out: You can reset or delete your Android Advertising Identifier or opt out of personalized interest-based advertising at any time via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads or Settings > Privacy > Ads).

  • Data Portability & Deletion: Because our Apps do not store personal profiles or files on remote servers, your primary data remains entirely under your physical control. Uninstalling the App removes all internal databases, cache files, and app-specific preferences permanently from the device.

  • Permission Revocation: You may grant or revoke any granted runtime permission dynamically at any time via Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our applications are designed for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable by regional law). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal identifiable information from children. If you believe an integrated third-party service has inadvertently received data from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate prompt mitigation.

7. Security Standards

We adopt modern security best practices. Any network interactions with analytics or advertising endpoints utilize encrypted Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Local security relies directly on standard Android sandbox segregation and your individual device lock screen protections.

8. Amendments to This Policy

We may periodically revise this Privacy Policy to reflect app updates, new feature releases, or evolving legal frameworks. Any revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of our Apps following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
